Packaging & Delivery of Industrial SLA 3D Printer 800

Each SLA 3D printer is carefully packed with protective foam and exported wooden box to ensure safety during international shipment.

1.Packaging

1.Wooden Crate

 
The assembled 3D printer (excluding the industrial control computer and laser unit) is secured within the wooden crate using bolts and nuts. It is then packaged for shipment, requiring forklift assistance during loading and unloading.
 
 
 

2. Industrial Control Computer

 
The industrial control computer comprises the main unit and monitor. The monitor is detached, padded with foam, and shipped in a cardboard box.
  
 
 
 

3. Laser Unit

 
The laser unit comprises the emitter and control box. The laser is detached, internally padded with foam, and shipped in a cardboard box.
  
  

2.Transportation

3.Packaging Crate Management

 
During transit to the customer, the machine is enclosed in a dedicated packaging crate for secure transport. Please adhere to the procedures outlined in this chapter for the correct handling, movement, and storage of the packaging crate.
*Important Notes:Do not attempt to open the packaging crate yourself. Our technical personnel must be present on-site to open the crate.

4.Acceptance and Storage of Packaging Crates

Upon receipt of the packaging crate, the customer must immediately inspect its condition. Should any damage be detected, the relevant issues must be promptly reported to our company personnel and the transport team before the crate is transported to the installation site or opened.
Components of the 3D printer must be stored in their packaging boxes.

*Should temporary storage of the packaging boxes be required, this must be undertaken in a dry indoor environment with adequate protective measures. Please note: Storage temperature must be maintained between 0°C and 50°C, with relative humidity below 75%.

Dimensions of the Packaging Crate

 
This machine is transported as a complete unit and therefore requires no disassembly prior to shipment. The entire unit is enclosed within a wooden packaging crate or other suitable packaging container. Within the crate, the machine is secured using wooden battens and foam boards or other appropriate methods to prevent movement during transit. The machine inside the wooden crate is wrapped in stretch film to prevent scratches to the outer casing caused by friction during transport.

  • Inner dimensions: 1550 × 1700 × 2190 mm
  • Outer dimensions: 1600 × 1900 × 2300 mm
  • Combined shipment: Long sides, short sides, lid and base tray bolted together to form assembly (see assembly diagram); short sides to base tray secured using 8 M10x140 hex-head galvanised bolts.
