Crown Casting Resin (WR-CC) is a 405 nm UV-curable dental resin for cast crowns, denture frameworks, and dental casting. Compatible with LCD/DLP 3D printers, it offers high precision, smooth surfaces, stable printing, and low skin irritation.

Instructions for Use of Materials

Aftertreatment and Cleaning   |   Safety Precautions   |   Correct Storage Method
  1. Use absolute ethanol or isopropanol to clean the model with an ultrasonic oscillator. Do not use high-frequency vibration or brush the model vigorously to avoid damage to the surface details of the model;
  2. Use an air gun or hair dryer to remove the face-free cleaning solution;
  3. Before post-curing, remove most of the support material, and after post-curing, remove the details of the support and modify the surface treatment;
  4. Adjust the corresponding post-curing time according to the selected post-curing.
  1. This product is for one-time use and cannot be reused;
  2. Use only under good ventilation, please pay attention to air circulation and take protective measures when using;
  3. If you accidentally touch your eyes, please wash them with water immediately. If you still feel unwell after washing, please seek medical attention immediately;
  4. If you accidentally touch the clothes, please change them immediately, and wash the skin and clothes with soap and water immediately;
  5. Do not put the resin in contact with food, if swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, seek medical advice in time;
  6. Disposal of wastes shall be disposed of in accordance with the requirements of local environmental regulations.
Please store the product in a cool place below 25 degrees and avoid exposure to sunlight. Generally, visible light may cause resin polymerization and gelation. Can not be placed in the sun, humidity, corrosive gas place.
